Anthony joined the company in 2007 from the former Thomson Financial. Prior to this he was a management consultant with Accenture and worked in many different change projects across Europe.

Andrew Delaney is A-Team’s President & Chief Content Officer, based in London and New York. He has been involved in information gathering and dissemination around financial markets IT since 1987. Before joining A-Team, Andrew spent three years building a financial information distribution platform aimed at the off-trading-floor marketplace. Joe joined Fenergo in 2010 and is responsible for the overall delivery of product strategy and design across the Fenergo suite of applications. With a strong background in regulatory compliance solutions, Joe has deep banking and regulatory knowledge and maintains currency of knowledge in this ever-evolving industry by taking an active lead in Fenergo’s Client Advisory Boards and industry roundtables, as well as participating in industry regulatory forums. Prior to Fenergo, Joe spent four years as Project Manager for Lloyds Banking Group and three years previous working in banking operations for Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited. Tim Fox joined Avox in 2013 in the role of Product Manager, responsible for Avox products and services world-wide. His role at Avox is very much driven by regulation, with an emphasis on assisting clients to meet their regulatory reporting obligations.
Formerly, he worked for Interactive Data Corporation as Product Marketing Manager in the Pricing & Reference Data Division, and latterly managing the business relationship with Avox.
Previously, Fox held a number of data-centric roles at Telekurs, now SIX Financial, including managing the UK Data Operations teams. Prior to this, he worked at the London Stock Exchange, running one of the Client Training teams.

Colin is Global Architecture Director of Willis, the global insurance and re-insurance broker, responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Architecture across the group. He is driving work to agree the target-state architecture for Willis’ business processes, data, applications and common technologies and establishing governance to ensure that investment and change initiatives make progress towards that vision. Enterprise Data Practice Lead
Sally has over 25 years’ experience of enterprise data management working for financial institutions, consultancy firms and for major vendors. She is currently leading Crossbridge’s Enterprise Data Practice and has undertaken many successful assignments. These include helping clients to shape data strategy and enterprise architecture, benchmark reviews and market intelligence studies for firms on data utilities and enterprise data management providers. She was Global Head of Enterprise Data for HSBC for five years and held similar roles at both CSFB and UBS, as well as holding senior roles at both Thomson Reuters & Bloomberg.
She founded the Information Providers Users Group (IPUG) which now has over 70 active member firms and has substantially influenced the enterprise data environment over the last 25 years. She was recognised as one of the 25 inaugural members of the Inside Market Data Hall of Fame.

Chris was previously at Threadneedle Investments where he was Head of Investment Information Services. Before then he was a Director at UBS. Chris started work in the city with Laurie, Milbank stockbrokers, in their futures and options operations team, continuing with Chase Manhattan for a further ten years, culminating in three years as head of the equity derivatives middle office. He also headed OTC derivative client valuations at Bankers Trust. Chris is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Darren Marsh is a Senior Product Manager at SIX Financial Information and in this role is responsible for the development of SIX’s premium reference data service Valordata Feed (VDF) and related reference data products internationally.
Darren has over 20 years’ experience in the reference data industry, has held product development focused roles at several data vendor organizations including Bridge, Thomson and Interactive Data. Given his expertise and track record in successfully developing reference data solutions for insurance and financial industry regulations, Darren’s current role at SIX includes identifying and implementing several regulatory driven services - including Solvency II and LEI adoption for Dodd-Frank - that are designed to meet clients’ needs for compliance and risk management.

She was brought in to merge their client business operations in EMEA, as a result of numerous acquisitions. Prior to that, she was recruited by Markit to support a consortium of banks to launch BOAT, a MiFID based equity trade reporting solution.

Nick Murphy is a director at IGATE within the Instrument Data Management Solutions division, responsible for consulting and client solutions. He has over 35 years’ experience within the investment banking industry in both the buy-side and sell-side. Previously, Nick held the position of Global Data Manager for several Tier 1 banks, including BZW, Chase and Commerzbank and asset managers ABN Amro, ING and JP Morgan with responsibility for providing clean data for the investment processes and initiating strategic solutions for data and data sourcing. He began his career as a bond trader before working as a currency analyst at BZW.

Donald Roll is Managing Director - Europe at Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Roll was Managing Director, Europe for Knight-Ridder Financial/Bridge, where he led the international expansion of the real-time financial information supplier. Prior to his posting to London in 1990, Mr. Roll held a series of senior management positions with Knight-Ridder Financial's Americas organization.
Mr. Roll holds an Accounting Degree from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Patrick is a Sales and Marketing executive familiar with challenges and goals achievement as well as creator of High Performance Computing (HPC) products. In 2009 he was nominated Vice President Sales and Marketing in charge for the revenue of all OEM Appliances, Datacenter and HPC products. His HPC systems creation includes products such as the VXRACK* Cluster, NEXXUS4000* Personal Cluster, FUSION1200 x86 SMP server, VXR-3DT* Commodity Supercomputer, one of the mind behind the CRAY CX1 Deskside Supercomputer and now CIARA latest and world’s fastest High Frequency Trading Server, the ORION HF. Before joining Ciara Technologies, Patrick spent 20 years in varied management positions, including Director of Direct Sales at GE Capital ITCS in France and Vice President at Maximum Throughput Storage Company. He holds technical certifications in a variety of Intel, IBM and Sun technologies. Patrick has been one of the founding members of the Intel Channel Board of Advisors and an active advisor from 2002 to 2010. Patrick earned a Master Degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology, Nice, France.
Brian is CEO of Xenomorph and one of the founder directors. Brian is responsible for setting and managing company strategy. He is keenly involved in gathering client needs within the field of analytics and data management in financial markets.
Prior to joining Xenomorph in 1995, Brian headed the pricing models development team in the equity derivatives group at JP Morgan, London. This role involved bridging the requirements of trading, quant and software development staff to deliver new financial products to market.
In 1993 Brian completed a PhD in interest rate risk optimisation at the Centre for Quantitative Finance, Imperial College, University of London. During this post-graduate study he was sponsored by British Telecom Group Treasury. Prior to this, Brian was sponsored by GEC Marconi during his M.Eng in Electronic Engineering.
Brian is married with two children. His interests include cycling, tennis and reading.
Dennis Slattery has been working in Data Management since 1990. He has held senior positions at project, programme and enterprise level and has successfully delivered data solutions for a wide variety of financial firms. He has seen how effective data management has delivered lower costs and greater flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and regulatory requirements. He has devised a series of specialised financial data management courses to enable firms to manage data through the key disciplines of data strategy, architecture, design, development, testing, operations and governance. He is working with a consortium of leading global firms to implement financial data certification programmes to provide a development pathway for data professionals.
Head of Risk Systems
Mikael has been responsible for the support and development of the market and counterparty risk systems at BNP Paribas for the past 5 years, both of which feature Monte Carlo based internal models validated by the regulator for use in calculating regulatory capital. This common market and counterparty risk platform is underpinned by a large, shared data warehouse which brings great insights but also large challenges.
Prior to that Mikael was responsible for sponsorship and business analysis on the market risk side and had a four year stint working for a global risk analysis and reporting team which provided great insights into the structure of the business and the needs of both the risk management department and front office management.
Current challenges include keeping up with new regulation and trying to figure out where the future lies between risk, front office, compliance and collateral management systems.

Prior to this position, Stauffer was Managing Director of Strategy and Business Development at DTCC and was responsible for developing common industry platforms across DTCC’s global middle office businesses. He was also head of DTCC’s Business Transformation Office, responsible for assessing and reengineering structures and processes to deliver greater business value. He remains a member of DTCC’s Operating Committee and Strategy & Planning Council.
Stauffer has over 15 years of financial services experience including strategy, business development, operations and technology.
Previously, he held other key roles at DTCC including, Managing Director, Operations; Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Director, Information Technology.
Prior to joining DTCC in 2004, Stauffer worked at Accenture in their Financial Services Transformation practice, dealing mainly in organizational transformation and business re-engineering.
He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications.

Nick joined SmartStream in early 2013 as a Consultant in Data Management Services. He is responsible for developing the growth of SmartStream’s reference data utility offering. Prior to joining SmartStream, Nick worked for Asset Control, where he was instrumental in the design and sales of data management solutions aimed at buy side firms. He has also authored and co-authored several articles and papers on the data management industry.
Group Chief Data Organisation
Lorraine Waters was appointed HSBC Group Deputy Chief Data Officer in September 2013 and is currently responsible globally for Data Governance and for the HSBC Group Data Organisation in EMEA. Her recent background is as a consultant specialising in data management strategy and governance and before that she operated at a senior level in a number of roles, including as Global Head of Data at RBS Global Banking and Markets and previously Head of Market Reference Data at ABN Amro. Lorraine is an acknowledged thought-leader on data best practice, an accomplished speaker, and is involved with a number of industry bodies both within financial services and in the wider data community.
