Umair Uddin is a Director within the Asset Management Chief Data Office at UBS.  Umair heads a Data Governance work stream for Asset Management data that is used for key risk measures and macro-economic stress scenarios.  Umair is a Chicago native and is a graduate of Loyola University.  He has earned his MBA in Finance from Benedictine University and a Masters in Data Science from the University of Chicago.  Umair has been in the financial services industry for more than 10 years and has served as a lecturer on financial regulation impacting the world’s largest banks.  Umair enjoys running, kayaking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
