Targ was appointed as Chief Compliance Officer for the Gibraltar Stock Exchange Group (GSXG) in June 2018. In this role he is responsible for the development and executive leadership of the Compliance function for the Group’s broad range of businesses, which includes a European Regulated Market, Global MTF, Utility Token ICO platform, Digital Asset Exchange, and a Fund Administration and Fiduciary Services business. Prior to joining GSXG, Targ spent seven years at the helm of Tesseract Consulting Ltd, a boutique compliance and regulatory change consultancy practice that he established in 2011 in the City of London, through which he advised and supported leading financial institutions and market infrastructures in meeting the challenges of post-Crisis regulatory and market reforms. He lives with his wife, Tereza, aboard their sailing yacht in Gibraltar’s sunny Marina Bay.

Yulia Murat is a director in the Financial Crime Strategic Intelligence team at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role, Yulia manages analytical projects aimed at identifying financial crime risk in the Bank’s client population globally. This work usually involves analysing digital client data in various jurisdictions using a variety of systems and tools. Prior to Standard Chartered, Yulia headed the Financial Crime Compliance Enhanced Due Diligence team at the London office of Standard Bank Group, the largest African bank by assets. This role involved a large client data remediation exercise. In the past, Yulia has also led the Business Intelligence function in the EMEA region within the Thomson Reuters’ RISK department and worked as legal specialist at Google UK.
